I had heard of these Bagels while visiting family in Charlottesville, VA. We had some for breakfast one morning; I loved them and saw how convenient they were to store and make fresh. At home my daughter would buy bagles and by evening they were hard, these Bakemmm Bagels were fresh. I noticed the labels on their box and was impressed with the amount of fiber in them, low in calories and NO transfats.
Returning home I looked in our local stores and could find none. In an internet search I found that their site had a store and took advantage of it. I order several boxes of each kind. In my family each of us has different taste. Just this morning we had the raisin bagels, my husband's favorite. I ordered late in the day and 2 mornings after there was my door bell ringing with the delivery. Right into the freezer they went and that was last week. We are on our third box of them now.
We keep them frozen defost for 30 seconds in the microwave and then toast them; I noticed that my cousins keep them in the refrigerator and put them whole in the oven for a few minutes-- I think they want to feel like they baked them.
Any way they are great, really great!

I was born in Brooklyn, NY and you know what we New Yorkers think of our bagels! We'll that little guy on the web site is right -- forget about NY water. This company's bagels fresh from my own oven are the greatest!
